Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Mohali district. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining financial products, facilitating loan inquiries, and addressing customer queries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of communication, following up with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to support loan processing and documentation. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills Basic computer literacy and experience with recording call details Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customer interactions Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or loan facilitation is an advantage Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language proficiency is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education; higher qualifications are appreciated but not mandatory Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
