AEM Technical Architecture Professional

• Technical Architecture & Strategy:

  Define and implement scalable and maintainable AEM architectures that align with business requirements.

• AEM Implementation & Development:

  Provide technical leadership in designing and developing AEM solutions, including components, templates, workflows, and integrations.

• Integration & API Management:

  Architect and manage integrations with third-party applications, including

  CRM, DAM, Analytics, and Commerce platforms

  .

• Cloud & DevOps Expertise:

  Drive

  AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

  implementations, including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

• Performance & Security Optimization:

  Ensure system reliability, caching strategies (Dispatcher), and adherence to security best practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work closely with business teams, developers, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Technical Mentorship:

  Mentor AEM developers and technical teams, fostering best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in AEM development & architecture

  • Deep understanding of

    OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and AEM Dispatcher

  • Strong proficiency in

    Java, HTL (Sightly), JSP, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)

  • Experience with

    RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and microservices architectures

• Cloud & DevOps:

  • Experience with

    AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker

  • CI/CD pipeline management with

    Adobe Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions

• Enterprise Architecture & Integration:

  • Hands-on experience with

    Headless CMS, Content as a Service (CaaS)

  • Proven ability to integrate AEM with

    Adobe Analytics, Target, and third-party platforms

• Agile & Stakeholder Management:

  • Strong leadership skills in

    Agile/Scrum environments

  • Ability to

    translate complex business requirements into technical strategies
