AEM QA and Automation Lead

MilliporeSigma is looking for AEM QA and Automation Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Help manage and keep track of products through entire SDLC. Manage coding of automate tests including unit, code UI and load testing. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) independently and as a team memberMentor and manage your team members. Ensure that development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning and execution, quality assurance, and issue trackingFollow processes for test plan reviews and ensure its assessment by concerned stakeholdersReview test strategies and ensure unit, functional, performance, stress, and acceptance-related testing is undertakenCreate strategies to mitigate risks and take necessary measures to control themMaintain cordial relationships with the development team and business / product ownersDevelop test cases for tasks shortlisted in Agile / Scrum-based developmentEvaluate dependencies, limitations, and risks and obtain support from concerned stakeholders. Good communication skills & strong attention to detail.
