AEM Platform Lead

As an AEM Tech Lead with 9+ years of experience (including a minimum of 2 years in AEM Forms), your primary focus will be on AEM Sites, AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms, Workflows, Correspondence Management), Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, Sightly (HTL), Java, and RESTful APIs. Additionally, you will work on integrating with CRM/ERP systems, CI/CD processes, Cloud platforms such as Adobe, AWS, Azure, or GCP, and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Your responsibilities will include leading AEM-based web application development by implementing best practices and performance optimization strategies. You will design, develop, and customize AEM Forms, Sites, Templates, and Workflows. Integration of third-party systems, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability of AEM solutions, performing code reviews, tuning performance, and troubleshooting will be integral parts of your role. Moreover, you will mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications for this role include AEM certification (Developer/Architect), experience in migrating legacy forms to AEM Forms, and familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Target, or Campaign.,
