Job Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management:

  Lead a team of AEM Forms developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Project Management:

  Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AEM Forms projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.

• Technical Expertise:

  Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager Forms. Ensure best practices in AEM Forms development.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

• Integration:

  Integrate AEM Forms with other platforms and technologies to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.

• Optimization:

  Optimize the performance and scalability of AEM Forms solutions.

• Troubleshooting:

  Identify and resolve issues related to AEM Forms applications to ensure smooth operation.

• Innovation:

  Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and best practices, and apply them to improve internal development methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Proven experience as an AEM Forms Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and components.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Git and Agile methodology.

• Certifications:

  AEM certification is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
