AEM Developer - Backend Technologies

As an AEM Developer, your role will involve: - Designing, developing, and deploying web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Developing AEM templates, components, OSGi services, Coral UI dialogs, schedulers, and OSGi servlets. - Working with AEM Cloud Service SDK and performing AEM cloud-based code refactoring to support migration efforts. - Participating in AEM Cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support. - Implementing and managing AEM workflows, Sling models, JCR structures, and Multi-Site Manager (MSM) configurations. - Developing and implementing personalization strategies within AEM. - Configuring and managing AEM replication and Dispatcher modules. - Integrating AEM with various third-party applications using RESTful services. - Developing responsive and engaging user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Utilizing Bootstrap 3/4 for front-end development. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AEM development and deployment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, development, and deployment of web applications in AEM for AEM Developers. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, development, and deployment of web applications in AEM for Senior AEM Developers. - Proven experience in developing AEM templates, components, OSGi services, Coral UI dialogs, schedulers, and OSGi servlets. - Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service SDK and experience with AEM cloud-based code refactoring for migration. - Experience in AEM Cloud migration projects is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of AEM workflows, Sling models, JCR, MSM, personalization, replication, and Dispatcher. - Good knowledge of AEM 6.5/Cloud and integration mechanisms to third-party applications (REST). - Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Bootstrap 3/4. - Experience with Angular is an additional plus. - Ability to be a quick learner and deliver artifacts with minimal supervision. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
