Role: AEM Content Author (Process Solution)

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and publish web pages in

  Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  using predefined templates and components.
• Upload, manage, and maintain digital assets (images, PDFs, documents) within AEM Assets.
• Ensure all content follows brand, SEO, and accessibility guidelines.
• Enter and maintain metadata, tags, and alt text for all content elements.
• Work with UX/design teams to ensure pages match visual and structural requirements.
• Execute content updates during sprints or release cycles with high accuracy and speed.
• Perform basic QA checks on authored pages across devices and breakpoints.
• Collaborate with content leads, localization teams, and QA teams to ensure timely publishing.
• Follow established authoring workflows, versioning, and publishing processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with

  AEM Sites authoring

  .
• Familiarity with

  AEM components, content fragments, experience fragments, and basic page layout

  .
• Ability to follow

  structured workflows

  and operate within a multi-author environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with formatting, content accuracy, and visual consistency.
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (title, description, headings, alt text).
• Experience in CMS-driven web content editing and maintenance.
• Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in large-scale or multi-region website programs.
• Comfort working in agile teams and following sprint processes.
• Exposure to translation/localization workflows.
