AEM Architect - Manager

You will be working on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, being responsible for software development activities at KPMG, India. As part of the development team, you will engage in the full life cycle process, including code development and unit testing. Collaboration with Technical Architect, Business Analyst, user interaction designers, and other software engineers will be essential to develop new product offerings and enhance existing ones. It is paramount that all development practices comply with KPMG's best practices policies and procedures. This role demands a quick uptake on new technologies when needed. Role: Adobe AEM Architect Title: Manager/Technical Architect Location: Gurgaon KPMG is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Adobe AEM Technical Architect for its expanding MarTech practice. The MarTech practice focuses on delivering solutions on prominent platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Google, and more. Primary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to architect and implement enterprise digital solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - Lead the team in end-to-end technical implementations - Provide technical expertise within a highly technical team for solution design and planning - Assist the pre-sales team by developing technical proposals Desired Experience: - 10-12 years of experience in architecting and developing solutions for highly scalable systems - Proficiency in creating cross-platform architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud - Ability to translate business requirements into appropriate WCM solutions - In-depth knowledge of AEM building blocks, including templates, components, touch UI dialogs, content fragments, and more - Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript, JSP, and web services development using RESTful and SOAP-based web services - Experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS, or Angular - Strong understanding of Java, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, and other web technologies - Capability to contribute to pre-sales activities by providing solution architecture and estimations - Competence in designing and implementing external integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions - Proficiency in DevOps processes like CI/CD pipeline - Understanding of security, risk, and compliance management in IT solutions delivery - Knowledge of REST, Web Services, web application frameworks, webservers, source control management, CDN, Cache, monitoring, infrastructure setup, dispatcher, capacity, performance, load testing, documentation, debugging, and best practices Essential Skills: - Strong team management and leadership skills - Ability to cultivate strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Demonstrated passion, perseverance, and curiosity coupled with a proactive and inquisitive nature - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams - Self-driven and motivated personality with a strong determination to drive results Preferred Certifications: - Adobe Experience Cloud-related certifications Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MBA/MCA (Full-Time education) Equal Opportunity Employer,
