Job description Designation : Brand Manager Location : Marol, Mumbai Experience : 4-7 years Timing : 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (MonFri WFO, Sat WFH) Type : Full-time | On-site Note: We are only hiring immediate joiners About the Role : GAJAB.com is looking for a bold and hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager who understands the pulse of Indian consumers across Bharat. If youve worked closely with founders, led campaigns from scratch, and know how to move fast without losing creativity, this is for you. Youll own the brand voice from memes to mass media and lead GAJAB’s creative presence into millions of hearts (and screens). Key Responsibilities Develop and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints Plan and execute 360 campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, PR) Collaborate with product, design, and sales to align brand + business Hire and lead a high-performing marketing team Oversee content across web, video, social, and communication channels Drive real-time and trend-led marketing strategies Manage influencers, agencies, and external vendors What We’re Looking For 4–7 years in brand/marketing (D2C, startups, marketplaces preferred) Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership roles Strong leadership and project management skills Deep understanding of Tier 2/Tier 3 India Creative thinker with performance-driven decision-making Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision Bonus : Experience in lifestyle, fashion, live commerce, or tech brands Why Join GAJAB?
