The role is responsible for end-to-end HR & People Management Lifecycle. It includes the managerial role to set-up: Set-up HR Operations & HRIS and also to manage recruitment as a part of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) for both client side and internal to the organization (Aegis - India Operations). Project management for assigned 'HR-Functional setup' projects that includes Project definition, planning, delivery and managing project operational parameters, spanning across Build and Operate phases. This will also involve reviewing HR - SOP and HR Policy development and deliverables prior to submission to management for approval, KRA / KPI definitions for HRIS Set-up and lead HR department for related employee performance management as per OKR methodology. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV rooftop and ground-mounted systems. Act as the Project Coordinator, ensuring smooth communication between design, procurement, and execution teams. Prepare and monitor project schedules, activity trackers, and ensure timely site readiness and execution. Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, BOQ, technical standards, and safety norms at the site. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of site activities. Perform site reiki and feasibility studies including shadow analysis and structure suitability. Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the site. Liaise with DISCOM and government authorities for net metering and statutory approvals. Maintain daily site reports, progress tracking, material inventory, and workforce deployment records. Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide timely resolutions in coordination with project and design teams. Assist in inspection and commissioning activities with clients and government officials. Role & responsibilities Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering. 3 to 8 years of experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects (minimum 12 MW cumulative exposure preferred) Familiarity with electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), string layouts, and structure foundations. Hands-on experience with installation of solar modules, inverters, LT panels, AC/DC cabling, earthing, and lightning arrestors. Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across project functions. Knowledge of MNRE, DISCOM, and safety standards applicable to solar projects. Strong problem-solving skills and team management capabilities. Willingness to travel to multiple sites across West Bengal and nearby states. Experience with Indian Railways as client will be an added advantage Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Certification in Safety (OSHA/NEBOSH) will be an added advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, ROI analysis, and financial models. 5. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for solutioning. 6. Lead pricing discussions, contract terms, and closure of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) or EPC contracts. 7. Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts. 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, DISCOMs, and EPC players. 9. Represent the company at solar expos, industry events, and policy forums. 10. Track and respond to relevant tenders from SECI, NTPC, state nodal agencies, and DISCOMs. 11. Liaise with central/state bodies for approvals, permissions, and scheme participation. 12. Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and monthly forecasts. 13. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership. Preferred candidate profile - . 7-10 years, with at least 4 years in the solar power sector (EPC, IPP, or government utilities) . Ex-Sr. DEE / DE (Electrical) from Indian Railways, PWD, CPWD, or state utilities with solar exposure . Strong knowledge of solar systems (Rooftop, Ground-mounted, C&I) .
