Advanced knowledge of software applications including IES, HAP, Trace, Elite, MEP Revit, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers in HVAC design and engineering principles. In-depth understanding of healthcare-specific HVAC requirements, including infection control and air quality management. Familiarity with relevant healthcare standards and regulations in the UK and UAE, such as HTM 03-01 and ASHRAE Standard 170. Experience in energy modelling and analysis for optimising HVAC system performance in healthcare settings.
