Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Designer, located in Mumbai. The Principal Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, supervising design teams, developing project plans, and ensuring the timely delivery of design solutions. The Principal Designer will collaborate with clients and other engineers to ensure design specifications meet the highest standards. Additionally, the Principal Designer will provide mentorship to junior designers and contribute to design discussions and decisions. Qualifications Experience in project management and team leadership Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit Strong understanding of MEP systems Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Creative problem-solving and critical thinking
