Company Description Adzymic is a marketing technology company specializing in Dynamic Creative Management Platform. Our proprietary technology transforms display advertising into high-performing content ads and performance marketing engines. Adzymic's DCO capabilities using Smart Tags enable dynamic personalization of ads without manual product feed maintenance. We streamline the creative management process for brands and media agencies to create, serve, and optimize display campaigns, leveraging innovative ROI-driven content ad formats, data, and machine learning technology. We’re looking for a AI Engineer / Full-stack AI Platform Developer who can design, architect, and implement this next-generation workflow engine — combining LLM orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, and scalable SaaS architecture. Core Technical Skills Strong Python development (LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI/Celery). Experience in LLM orchestration and agent design (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude). Ruby on Rails (for API Gateway or core backend). JavaScript/React (for workflow UI). Database design: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector DB Knowledge of , programmatic advertising, or digital adtech protocols (OpenRTB, IAB, DCO). API integration experience with DSPs, CDPs, and analytics tools. AI/ML Skills Building and fine-tuning LLM or RAG pipelines. Experience in reinforcement learning, embeddings, and semantic retrieval. Working knowledge of prompt engineering, tool-chaining, and multi-agent reasoning. Preferred Experience with cloud architecture (AWS Lambda/ECS, GCP Vertex AI). Exposure to advertising systems, creative management, or dynamic creative optimization. Soft Skills Systems thinking & ability to design end-to-end workflows. Strong documentation and communication (technical + business context). Agile collaboration with data engineers, designers, and product managers. Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, and iteration.
