You will be working as a Google Ads Specialist at Adzdrio India Services Pvt. Ltd., focusing on lead generation and sales conversion through Google Ads campaigns targeting audiences in the UK and US education/training sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage high-converting Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing. - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for the UK and US markets. - Create compelling ad copy and visually engaging display ads. - Optimize campaigns to maximize qualified international leads and reduce CPA. - Collaborate with internal sales and design teams to align campaign strategies with lead conversion goals. - Perform regular A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. - Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, and other tools to prepare detailed reports. - Proactively suggest improvements to enhance ROI and lead quality. - Ensure ad policy compliance for all campaigns. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in international markets. - Proven expertise in generating leads and improving conversion rates. - Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking. - Experience in lead generation within the education, training, or e-learning sectors is advantageous. - Excellent communication and copywriting abilities. - Preferably Google Ads certification. - Capability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced setting.
