The Advocate Group are currently representing a leading premium drinks brand who are driving growth and visibility across international travel retail. They are looking for a Customer Planning & Activation Manager to join their team in Delhi, India , to deliver engaging consumer experiences and maximise commercial impact. Key Responsibilities: Deliver annual customer marketing & activation plans that drive engagement and brand visibility. Build strong partnerships with key airport retail and operational stakeholders. Lead customer engagement through immersions, trade shows, and activations . Collaborate with agencies to deliver launches and global customer activity. Oversee and optimise promoter/brand ambassador performance. Audit retail outlets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and customer agreements. Identify opportunities for additional promotions and visibility within outlets. Manage and monitor A&P budgets effectively. About You: Proven experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or activation within FMCG, ideally in travel retail. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders. A passion for delivering world-class consumer experiences .
