Advisor on contract

As an Advisor [IPS] at IIT dhArwAD, your role will involve contributing significantly in Infrastructure, Planning & Support [IPS] of the Institute. You are expected to have the following qualifications and experience: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance in the areas of Infrastructure, Planning & Support to ensure smooth functioning of the Institute. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic advice on infrastructure projects - Oversee the execution of major building projects including E&M works - Collaborate with various stakeholders for successful project completion - Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines - Any other duties as assigned by the Institute **Qualifications Required:** - B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute - Retired from the rank of Superintending Engineer (PL-12) or its equivalent with 15 years of service in Group-A or equivalent cadre - Experience in executing major building projects, preferably in Institutes of National Importance or reputed Govt. Organisations Please note that the job is on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months. The work location will be in person at IIT dhArwAD. Experience criteria may be relaxed if the candidate is found exceptionally suitable for the position.,
