Understand Customer Requirement - Ask simple questions to know their needs, project type, and budget . Showcase Our Product - Take customers around the showroom. Prepare Customer Requirements - Note quantities and measurements carefully. Calculate their requirements as per the project. Prepare & Present Quotations - Make quotations manually and in Excel - Explain pricing and options clearly to customers. Follow Up & Negotiate - Call and follow up with interested customers . Negotiate smartly to close the sale. Confirm Orders & Coordinate Collect advance payments when orders are confirmed. Share order details with Logistics & Accounts for delivery.
