Work Profile – Plant Manager (E-Waste Recycling Industry) Job Role: Oversee and manage the entire operations of the e-waste recycling plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processing of electronic waste. Responsible for production planning, resource management, regulatory compliance, and team supervision to maximize material recovery and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Production Plan, organize, and supervise daily plant operations for e-waste dismantling, segregation, and material recovery. Monitor recycling processes (manual & automated) including shredding, segregation, smelting/refining (if applicable). Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources. Maintain smooth flow of material from incoming e-waste to final recovered products (copper, aluminium, plastics, PCBs, etc.). Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with CPCB/SPCB guidelines and e-waste management rules. Maintain all mandatory records (Form 6, Form 2, recycling certificates, etc.). Implement safety protocols for handling hazardous materials (lead, mercury, cadmium, etc.). Conduct regular training sessions for staff on EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices. Quality & Reporting Monitor quality of segregated and recovered materials. Generate production & recovery efficiency reports (daily, monthly, quarterly). Track material yields and minimize wastage. Report operational performance to senior management. Team & Vendor Management Supervise plant staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity. Coordinate with scrap suppliers, logistics partners, and buyers of recovered materials. Support audits and inspections by pollution control boards and external agencies. Maintenance & Cost Control Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery. Control operational costs while maintaining efficiency. Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of e-waste recycling processes (dismantling, shredding, segregation, recovery). Familiarity with E-Waste Management Rules (2016, amendments 2018 & 2022). Experience in handling CPCB/SPCB documentation and audits. Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of material recovery economics (metals, plastics, PCBs). Strong focus on safety, compliance, and sustainability. Education & Experience: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering OR equivalent. 4- 5 years of experience in waste management / recycling / manufacturing industry, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in e-waste industry preferred.

Account Assistant (Tally operator) cum office assistant (Min. exp. 1-2 years): Key Responsibilities: Enter day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments) in Tally ERP/Prime. Assist in preparing invoices, bills, vouchers, and journal entries. Support in bank reconciliation and petty cash handling. Maintain proper filing of vouchers, bills, and supporting documents. Help in preparing GST reports, TDS details, and other compliance-related data. Assist in vendor and customer account reconciliation. Generate basic reports from Tally (Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet). Coordinate with the senior accountant for audits and monthly closing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for smooth financial operations. Skills Required: Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel & Word. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work under guidance and support senior accountants. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Commerce, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant / Tally Operator. Exposure to GST & compliance work will be an added advantage.
