Job Description

As an Advanced Quality Professional, you will: Drive the maintenance of ISOtrain modules, courses, and profiles according to local ISOtrain strategies. Deliver ad-hoc training reports and analysis on ISOtrain status. Support knowledge management for ISOtrain. Ensure precision and uncompromising quality in all training activities. Demonstrate business understanding and take ownership of assigned tasks. Provide capacity and back-up training as needed. Proactively identify and address training needs and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. 3-4 years of work experience in a global corporate company. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in training coordination and/or administration. Proficient with PC-tools, extensive knowledge of MS Office, and basic presentation skills. Ability to analyze data sets and intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated knowledge or experience working with different cultures and stakeholder management. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
