We are looking for an Advanced Practice Clinician who is enthusiastic about community health and family medicine. Whether you are a seasoned healthcare professional or a new graduate, we welcome individuals who are dedicated to working with underserved patient populations. If you are a recent graduate, showcasing your clinical rotations and experience in community health will make your resume stand out. The position at Lancaster Family Health Center offers a unique opportunity to serve a predominantly migrant and Latino community. As a Certified bilingual Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with translation and patient care. With a 0.80 FTE (32 hours a week) commitment, you will have a work-life balance that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally. In addition to a competitive base compensation of $105k - $115k, you can expect additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures. We offer a $12k Hiring Bonus, a $16k Relocation allowance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage at no out-of-pocket cost to employees. You will also have access to personal leave time, paid holidays, and a generous annual CME allowance. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies. If you are a Physician Assistant, a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science along with completion of a two-year training program is required.
