Role Overview: As a Marketing & CRM Analytics at Tredence, you will lead analytical projects focusing on driving customer and marketing strategies for Fortune 100 clients. This role requires a combination of strong hands-on analytical skills and team leadership. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced marketing and CRM analytics solutions, developing predictive models, and providing guidance to junior consultants. Additionally, you will have close interactions with senior client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end marketing analytics projects to deliver high-quality and actionable insights. - Collaborate with business leaders and CRM managers to identify business challenges, translate them into analytical problems, and offer impactful solutions. - Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques such as propensity modeling, churn prediction, segmentation, forecasting, attribution, and clustering to address marketing and customer lifecycle issues. - Conduct hands-on data analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering using SQL, Python, and PySpark. - Assist teams in constructing scalable pipelines and deploying analytical solutions on cloud platforms like Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, and Azure. - Present insights and recommendations through clear storytelling supported by dashboards, visualizations, and presentations. - Mentor and oversee a team of analysts/consultants, providing technical guidance, nurturing talent, and fostering a culture of excellence. - Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 6-9 years of professional experience in analytics. - Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying analytical models such as propensity, churn, classification, segmentation, and forecasting. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with a working knowledge of PySpark. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, and Azure. - Strong problem-solving abilities to translate business challenges into analytical solutions. - Experience in team leadership and mentoring junior team members. - Excellent communication skills with the capability to present technical insights to senior stakeholders. - Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for delivering insights.
