We are looking for a friendly and motivating Spoken English & Confidence Building Tutor to help improve the communication skills of our office staff. While our team already understands basic English, they face challenges in speaking fluently, correct pronunciation, and feeling confident in conversations. The goal is not grammar perfection but helping them speak clearly, confidently, and effectively in everyday and workplace settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging group sessions twice a week focused on spoken English and real-world conversations. Help improve pronunciation, sentence formation , and fluency . Focus on building confidence while speaking with colleagues, clients, and vendors. Use roleplays, discussions, and interactive activities to encourage participation. Provide individual attention and practical feedback to each team member. Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Contract length: 2 months Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per hour Expected hours: 3 – 4 per week Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
