Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, employing an Agile mindset to create value across projects of diverse scopes and scales, and ensuring that the development process aligns with a cloud-first, mobile-first approach. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation within the team. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.- Analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.- Strong understanding of modular architecture and integration techniques.- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with cloud computing principles and mobile-first development. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
