https://advancegroup.sg.larksuite.com/docx/AoStd1pSWoFSzSx5qwWllVlzgPe 主要职责： - 上线后端模型服务. - 优先承接算法提出的升级需求 - 上线前配合QA做 数据回测的 benchmark。加固线上服务稳定性 - 承接维护工作。包括 7x24 处理线上偶发的问题。跟着工程团队的上线节奏。 - 配合后端完成工程需要的优化，比如 Onprem / http接口 等开发需求. - 配合工程+DE（数据工程师）完善算法相关业务指标的报警机制。 能力需求: - Coding skill - python & java, - 对框架（Spring/ FastAPI)的理解 - 扎实的后端工程能力, - 基本的CI/CD 能力： k8s/docker/argocd/gitlabci - 了解算法/模型的运作模式，对ai感兴趣。 - 了解GPU/对此感兴趣。 - 有基础的数据分析能力， statistics基础知识， 知道如何衡量算法指标。 - 和不同团队的沟通协作能力。 - 后端、产品、算法、数据
