Manage end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire the best talent for various functions. For e.g Production, Maintenance, Accounts, Sales etc Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.) Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical/functional interviews Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback and selection decisions Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for weekly/monthly reviews Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary
