Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and creative Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute media marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, and social media). Create engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Coordinate with design, sales, and external agencies for marketing deliverables. Research market trends, competitors, and target audience behavior. Prepare regular reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in media/digital marketing Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with SEO/SEM strategies. Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage. Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
