Role Overview We are seeking a medically trained individual (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Medical Lab Tech, or MBBS/BDS with interest in diagnostics) to support our hematology research, hospital studies, and regulatory documentation. The role is hands-on and ideal for someone comfortable working at the intersection of labs, hospitals, and research. Preferred Qualifications Background in hematology, pathology, or medical laboratory sciences Experience working in a diagnostic lab, hospital, or device testing setup Comfort with using microscopes, blood smear prep, and interpreting test results Good communication skills in English and Hindi; comfortable talking to doctors Prior exposure to regulatory, ISO, or hospital studies a plus Familiarity with research documentation and medical writing is an advantage Key Responsibilities Hematology Expertise Bring theoretical and practical understanding of blood parameters, cell types, and CBC reporting Interpret hematological results and support training the AI algorithms Annotation & AI Training Support Help annotate blood cell data; will be trained if not already skilled Work with software and data teams for AI model training Hospital & Clinical Study Execution Coordinate and conduct hands-on studies in partner hospitals Interact with doctors, lab techs, and staff to ensure proper protocol implementation Documentation for Regulatory Approvals Maintain and organise all medical records, results, and analysis Collaborate with regulatory consultants on CDSCO submissions and ISO13485 audits, focusing on medical and clinical aspects Medical Affairs & Liaison Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, pathologists, and hospital stakeholders Represent Adsys during clinical feedback sessions and demos

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assisting the engineering team in creating, modifying, and reviewing mechanical drawings using CAD software. Providing support in the physical setup and organization of a new medical manufacturing assembly line and office space. Assembling medical test kits, meticulously recording quality notes, and maintaining accurate documentation of the assembly process. Performing quality inspections on fabricated parts, identifying non-conformances, and accurately recording findings to ensure adherence to specifications. Assisting in the hands-on fabrication and assembly of medical devices, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
