About the Role We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-impact content. You will work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to produce videos that align with brand guidelines and storytelling goals. Key Responsibilities1. Editing & Post-Production Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos. Apply transitions, sound effects, animations, and color grading. Sync audio, enhance voice clarity, and remove background noise. Add captions, graphics, and motion elements as required. 2. Content Creation Create reels, shorts, ads, YouTube videos, and promotional content. Develop video concepts based on briefs and reference materials. Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats. 3. Motion Graphics (Bonus) Create simple text animations, logo reveals, and intro/outro animations. Work with templates in After Effects or similar tools. 4. Collaboration Work closely with scriptwriters, marketers, and designers. Maintain consistency with brand tone and visual identity. Handle feedback iterations quickly and accurately. 5. File Management Organize project files, maintain asset libraries, and ensure backups. Deliver videos in required formats and resolutions for all platforms. Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro , DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Basic to intermediate skills in After Effects (motion graphics). Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience psychology. Knowledge of color correction & audio mixing. Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail. Good to Have Experience with YouTube & Instagram content trends. Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator). Experience editing educational, marketing, or e-commerce videos. Creative problem-solving and ability to suggest ideas proactively. KPIs / Performance Metrics On-time delivery of video projects. Engagement & viewer retention metrics on published videos. Brand consistency and creative quality. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Role Summary The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching Adsladder’s digital marketing services, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and understands digital marketing basics. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, references, cold outreach, and digital platforms. Research industries and businesses in need of SEO, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Social Media, and website services. Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads. 2. Client Outreach & Communication Reach out via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Explain Adsladder’s digital marketing solutions in a simple, compelling way. Set up discovery calls and demo sessions. 3. Sales Pitch & Conversion Understand client requirements and propose suitable service packages. Create proposals, quotations, and service decks. Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets. 4. Relationship Building Maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Support the account management team by sharing client expectations clearly. 5. Reporting & Coordination Update CRM / tracking sheet regularly. Report daily/weekly progress to the Founder/Manager. Share insights on market trends and competitor activities. Required Skills Strong communication & negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Funnels, Websites). Ability to explain services in clear, simple language. Confidence in calling & meeting business owners. Target-oriented mindset with discipline and consistency. Experience in B2B sales preferred. Good to Have Experience selling marketing or SaaS services. Understanding of e-commerce, Amazon sellers, and local businesses. Ability to create simple proposals or decks.
