It is essential to stay updated with industry trends and possess knowledge of content management systems. Experience in responsive and adaptive design is crucial for this role. Additionally, you are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire web development process, from design to deployment. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new features and functionality, establishing and guiding the website's architecture, ensuring high-performance and availability while managing all technical aspects of the CMS, developing effective responsive designs, and converting them into working themes and plugins. Custom coding might be necessary in some cases. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience in building user interfaces for websites and web applications, designing and developing responsive websites, and working with debugging tools like Firebug and Chrome inspector is required.
