Role Summary: Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade, secure, high-performing .NET solutions (portal, mobile, integrations), mentor dev teams, and ensure adherence to best practices in modern software delivery. Key Responsibilities: · Architect scalable, maintainable .NET solutions covering portal, mobile, and backend integration using three-tier patterns · Hands-on leadership: code, review, optimize, set technical direction for complex SDLC projects · Oversee integration with Azure Active Directory for authentication/authorization · Ensure robust security, compliance, and scalability in all deliverables · Mentor, guide and upskill software developers and junior leads · Drive adoption of modern DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and Agile best practices · Troubleshoot critical incidents, optimize performance, and champion solution quality · Collaborate on requirements, design, and technical documentation Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering · 8+ years’ experience in .NET development, with 2+ years of technical/team leadership · Mastery of .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, advanced SQL Server, microservices and REST APIs · Proven architecture and delivery of large portal/mobile/enterprise solutions · Strong in secure coding, SSO integration (Azure AD/OAuth/JWT), performance optimization · Experience working with cross-functional teams, DevOps, CI/CD · Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹629,040.65 - ₹2,042,487.89 per year Work Location: In person
