Qualifications Experience in fire suppression, search and rescue, and first aid Knowledge of fire safety protocols and emergency response procedures Ability to operate and maintain firefighting equipment Strong physical fitness and stamina Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Strong teamwork and communication skills Certification in firefighting and emergency medical techniques is preferred High school diploma or equivalent
