Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Thanjavur. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding and supporting software solutions, consulting with clients, implementing products, and providing ongoing support. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, configuring software, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration of products within client environments. The role also involves training clients, preparing documentation, and maintaining effective client communication to ensure satisfaction and optimal usage of the software solutions. Qualifications Strong knowledge in software consulting, product implementation, and client support Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Excellent communication, client relationship management, and training skills Experience with various software solutions and technology stacks Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving client needs Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience in the tech industry or with small business/startup environments is a plus
