Collect confirmation and advance payments for outstation travel and installation charges. Coordinate with dealers regarding installation and rectification charges. Prepare daily reports on technicians’ activities and maintain attendance records. Plan and schedule outstation works efficiently. Handle blinds-related complaints and collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions. Ensure closure of completed tasks in the ERP software promptly.
