You will be joining the team at Adonis Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. as a Pharma Field Manager, responsible for managing and leading a team of field sales representatives in promoting pharmaceutical products in the designated territory. Your role will involve strategizing, analyzing the market, building customer relationships, ensuring compliance, and monitoring performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Managers and Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and company goals. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives. - Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, analyze competitor activities, and maintain a competitive edge. - Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders. - Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of the company's products while ensuring compliance with regulations. - Provide training, support, and development opportunities for field staff. - Monitor team performance through field visits, data analysis, and review meetings. - Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market trends, competitor activities, and team performance. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies. **Key Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA is a plus. - 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, healthcare regulations, and trends. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
