Adobe Fullstack Platform Engineer

As a Platform Engineer at Astellas Pharma Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving digital initiatives forward within the agile organization. Your focus will be on the development, deployment, and integration of software platforms supporting business processes like CRM, ERP, SCM, Clinical, Patient Safety, and Quality Management Solutions. Your goal will be to optimize these platforms to enhance efficiency, support business goals, and drive growth. - Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet organizational needs - Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems - Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations - Provide technical support, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions for platform users - Participate in various initiatives, contribute specialized skills, and drive continuous integration and deployment - Collaborate with team members across digital and business units - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies - Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities - Report progress to Capability Lead and team members - Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges - Ensure highest quality and consistency in work delivered - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or Business Administration - Experience in business analysis or technical analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of information technology and software development life cycles - Excellent communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management - Attention to detail and adaptability to changing requirements - Experience as an AEM Full stack Engineer with end-to-end development expertise - Strong web front-end development experience including CSS/JavaScript skills - Experience with Sling MVC frameworks, Spring and Struts Framework, OSGI - Minimum of 3 years hands-on development experience on AEM (full stack) Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Adobe Experience Manager - Experience in Life Sciences or Pharma industry - Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery Astellas is an equal opportunity employer committed to equality in all aspects of employment.,
