Job Description

As an Associate Technical Product Consultant at Adobe located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for Adobe Experience Cloud products to enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the first point of contact for customer concerns related to technical issues - Advocating for customers and communicating their needs to internal product teams - Providing timely responses and resolutions to product/technical inquiries - Delivering solutions within established SLA guidelines - Staying updated on customer priorities and critical business events - Recording and documenting customer issues according to process guidelines - Troubleshooting and qualifying cases before escalating to engineering - Answering product functionality/usage queries - Handling high-priority technical issues - Contributing by creating knowledge base articles, whitepapers, and participating in forums - Participating in 24x7 shift coverage Skills and Technical Knowledge required for this role include: - Front-End Development: HTML, AngularJS, React, UI, JavaScript, CSS - Java Technologies: Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate - Scripting & Programming: PHP, Python, PySpark - Web Development: XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JSP, RESTful Web Services, CMS tools - Database: Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one database - Operating Systems: Exposure to Windows, Linux, iOS - Additional: Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage As a candidate for this position, you are expected to possess: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal) - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Recent graduates or professionals with 6 months to 1 year experience If you require any accommodations to navigate the Adobe website or complete the application process due to a disability or special need, please contact accommodations@adobe.com or call (408) 536-3015.,
