Summary Adnrt Studio is a brand design and visual design agency specializing in impactful identities, cohesive brand systems, and compelling visual experiences. We work with startups and growing businesses to help them stand out with high-quality, user-focused designs. We’re looking for a Creative Designer Intern to join us for a 3-month internship. This role is performance-based, with stipends provided according to the quality and impact of your work. You’ll work on real social media campaigns, contributing directly to our client projects and our own brand presence. What success looks like in this role: Consistently delivering well-designed, on-brand social media posters and graphics Meeting deadlines and following creative briefs accurately Showing improvement in design quality through feedback and iteration Creating visuals that engage and resonate with target audiences How this role fits into the organization: You’ll be working closely with our creative lead to translate ideas into visual assets for social platforms. Your work will be a key part of the visual storytelling we deliver to clients and the Adnrt brand. Responsibility Design social media posters, banners, and other marketing visuals based on project briefs Adapt and repurpose designs across different formats and platforms Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts and improve designs Ensure designs follow Adnrt’s brand guidelines and meet client expectations Stay updated with current design trends and social media aesthetics Organize and maintain design files for easy access and reuse Qualifications Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva Understanding of design principles: color theory, typography, and composition Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Openness to feedback and a willingness to iterate designs Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset Previous design experience (academic, freelance, or personal projects) is a plus A portfolio or sample work (can include academic or personal projects) Perks & Benefits Performance-based stipend Verified internship certificate listed on our official website (shareable in resume/portfolio) Real-world project experience for startups and growing businesses Opportunity to build portfolio-worthy work Application Link: https://form.typeform.com/to/A9ydTvxU
