Key Responsibilities: 1. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project, incorporating risk mitigation strategies into cost estimates. 4. Proposal Development: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals. Present cost estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. 5. Vendor and Subcontractor Relations: Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
