Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admission Officer to join our growing immigration consultancy. If you have 2+ years of hands-on experience in student admissions, visa filing, and working on all major immigration portals.

Manage end-to-end admission process for study visa applicants (Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, etc.)
Handle complete tourist visa filing process independently
Operate and manage portals like ApplyBoard, GIC, IRCC, VFS, and other relevant platforms
Maintain accurate records, checklists, and timely follow-up on each case
Review and compile documents, prepare SOPs, and guide clients throughout the process
Stay updated on latest immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and university updates
Ensure timely and error-free submission of files and maintain high visa success rates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 17/07/2025
