To advise students on the university application procedures, help students in applying for various university applications and scholarships. Need to assist students to prepare an excellent, honest, appealing SOP To prepare students for their studies abroad and provide timely support in the entire admission process. The coordinator will convey the requirement of the shortlisted documents to the students to collect and assemble each document beforehand and take care of the application process, considering every aspect of the students. Maintain and manage the application database at all times and keep them updated. To verify all the required documents for admission and adhere to strict guidelines of the application procedures. To adhere to Data Protection principles and maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that student information is not shared to any external sources. To provide all the required administrative support to all the departments at all times and adhere to strict guidelines while performing the same. Undertaking project work as decided by the office manager, senior heads or the director of operations and attending the training & workshops.
