Job Description

Admission Process:

* Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, and in-person meetings.

* Guide applicants through the admission procedure, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

* Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and campus tours.

* Process application forms and maintain admission records in the system.

* Prepare admission reports and enrollment statistics for management review.

Redressal:

* Receive, document, and acknowledge complaints or grievances from students, parents, and staff.

* Investigate issues in coordination with relevant departments.

* Ensure fair and timely resolution in accordance with institutional policies.

* Maintain confidentiality and neutrality while addressing complaints.

* Prepare periodic reports on grievances and their resolutions for management review.

Documentation & Communication :

* Maintain accurate admission and grievance registers.

* Draft circulars, notices, and communication related to admissions and redressal updates.

* Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance documentation related to admissions and grievance procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
