Job Description:

Adapt Eduvista Overseas is seeking a motivated and experienced Academic Counselor/Admission Manager to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in making informed academic and career decisions, particularly related to overseas education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education options, application processes, courses, and universities.
• Handle admission inquiries via walk-ins, calls, and emails.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system for prospective students.
• Guide students through the complete admission process including documentation and visa applications.
• Coordinate with universities and institutions abroad regarding admissions.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
• Keep records and update the student database regularly.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer usage.
• Knowledge of overseas education systems (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any discipline).
• Prior experience in academic counseling or admissions is an added advantage.
