Admission counsellor , Tele counsellor

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the schools programs and requirements.

We require female candidate as admission counsellor/tele counsellor for narayana educational institutions.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist parents in admission registration , evaluate student admissibility and provide guidance on the admission process.
• Converting the leads into admissions.
• Counseling walk-in inquiries.
• Answering calls and explaining about organization s offerings/courses
• Should be able to collaborate with other team members and maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Admission counsellor should have ability to provide counseling and support to individuals.
• Obtaining candidate details and other relevant data & maintaining the data on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on the candidate's needs and requirements.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the courses.
• Conducting seminars/workshops to meet admission targets.
