Admission Counsellor (Pre Sales) - Study Abroad

As a Study Abroad Counsellor at our company in the E-Learning/EdTech industry, your role is crucial in assisting students in achieving their Study Abroad aspirations within the Global education market. You will play a key part in guiding students through the application process, providing expert advice on Universities, Courses, Visa, and Scholarships, while offering continuous support throughout their Journey. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students on Study Abroad options for Global Universities. - Assist students with University selection, Applications, Visa Processes, and Interview Preparation. - Provide detailed information on Scholarships, Financial Planning, and University offerings. - Maintain accurate student records and diligently follow-up on Application progress. - Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to convert leads and drive enrollments. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in student counseling for Study Abroad services. - Strong Knowledge of the Global Education System and Application processes. - Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their Study Abroad goals.
