Admission Counsellor For NEETNEET-UG, JEE Courses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents

2. Explain courses, features, and admission process clearly and convincingly

3. Follow-up on leads and maintain lead database

4. Counsel students regarding courses, fees, batches, and future scope

5. Assist in marketing and promotional activities

6. Work closely with the academic and marketing teams for conversions

7. Maintain daily report of calls and walk-ins

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling/counselling/marketing (education sector preferred)

2. Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English

3. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations

4. Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
