Admission Advisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and student-oriented Admission Advisor to handle the complete enrollment journey for prospective students. The role includes managing inquiries, offering academic guidance, conducting structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets while ensuring a professional and positive counseling experience.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their academic profile and career goals
Clearly explain course details, benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission proceduresSupport students from the initial inquiry stage through to successful enrollmentAchieve monthly targets related to counseling sessions, conversions, and admissionsEngage with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetingsMaintain regular and structured follow-ups to improve conversion ratesEnsure accurate documentation of student interactions and update CRM records consistentlyCollaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, academic counseling, EdTech sales, or a related field
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programsTarget-driven, organized, and proactive in follow-up managementComfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platformsBachelor’s degree is requiredSubmission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory
