Admission Advisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and student-oriented Admission Advisor to manage the complete enrollment process for prospective students. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, provide academic guidance, conduct consistent follow-ups, and achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring a professional and positive counseling experience.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their academic qualifications and career objectives
• Clearly explain course features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures
• Guide students from the initial inquiry stage through successful enrollment
• Meet monthly targets for counseling sessions, conversions, and enrollments
• Communicate with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
• Conduct structured and timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates
• Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, academic counseling, EdTech sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate program recommendations
• Target-driven, organized, and proactive in managing follow-ups
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
