Admission Advisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Advisor to manage the complete enrollment journey of prospective students. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting regular follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets while delivering a positive and professional counseling experience.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and suggest suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals
• Clearly explain course details, benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures
• Guide students from initial inquiry through successful enrollment
• Achieve monthly counseling, conversion, and enrollment targets
• Communicate with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
• Conduct structured and timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a seamless admission process

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, academic counseling, EdTech sales, or a related role
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs
• Target-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in follow-up management
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
