As an Administrator L1 at Wipro Limited, your role involves resolving, maintaining, and managing clients" software, hardware, and network based on service requests raised by end-users. Your main responsibilities include: - Ensuring timely response to all tickets raised by clients - Solutioning service requests while maintaining quality parameters - Acting as a custodian of clients" network, server, system, storage, platform, and infrastructure to ensure proper functioning and upkeep - Performing root cause analysis of raised tickets and creating action plans for resolution - Providing immediate resolution to high-priority tickets/services - Installing and configuring software/hardware based on service requests - Adhering to timeliness for issue resolution to manage client expectations and prevent escalations - Providing application/user access as per client requirements - Tracking tickets from acceptance to resolution stage as per defined resolution time - Maintaining timely backup of important data/logs and management resources - Coordinating with on-site team for complex problem resolution and ensuring timely client servicing - Reviewing chat BOT logs to ensure timely resolution of service requests/issues In this role, you will need to have mandatory skills in Desktop Support.
