Technology | JNCIA-Junos/ JNCIA-SEC/ JNCIA-MistAI Strategic Network and Security Architecture Governance: Expert in leading end-to-end architectural oversight of hybrid network and security infrastructures, aligning Cisco RandS and WLAN deployments with enterprise transformation goals, zero trust frameworks, and digital-first strategies. Security Policy Standardization and Risk Mitigation Leadership (Palo Alto): Expert in developing enterprise-wide policies and governance models across on-prem (Palo Alto NGFW) and cloud (Zscaler Proxy) environments to ensure consistent threat posture, compliance alignment (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and audit readiness. Wireless Infrastructure Planning and Troubleshooting (Cisco WLAN): Experienced in designing high-density wireless networks with Cisco WLC, CleanAir, and RRM technologies, conducting predictive site surveys, and resolving RF interference and roaming issues using tools such as Ekahau and DNAC Assurance. Zscaler Cloud Security Policy Engineering: Knowledgeable in designing and managing secure web gateway policies, configuring Zscaler App (ZApp), SSL inspection, CASB features, and integrating Zscaler with identity providers and SIEM/SOAR platforms. Drives strategic direction and governance for service delivery across multiple accounts or domains, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational objectives. Leads and empowers teams across all levels (L1�L3) by identifying skill gaps, enhancing competencies, and fostering a high-performance culture through targeted coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives. Oversees financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization within delivery units, ensuring efficient utilization, sustained profitability, and consistent service excellence.
